You are not supposed to put tide pods in dispenser because it can clog up if it doesn't dissolve. It should go at the bottom of the tub if you look at the care guide

Can softener be added with the turbo wash? It basically does a drive by rinse on turbo wash compared to filling it with water and softener.

I know this video is old but thought I’d say I agree. OnTrac is shit. They are the worst rated delivery service in the US. Not sure how they’re still in business with an “F” rating. Delivery driver today pulled up about 5 min ago took less than 10 seconds to deliver my Christmas package as he just threw it out his passenger window from his car, from the street, which is about 20 ft. Fucking lazy ass pos. OnTrac, if you’re reading this comment, FK your company and fk your drivers too.

I hate this washer! I have this identical washer I’m getting soooooo pissed off seeing how my washer should work..like how this washer isn’t moving at all ..my washer granted is in the basement and this isn’t my first washer and all it does is wobble and shake,my boyfriend has leveled it so many times and when you try to shake it side to side ,back and forth like they say do it is “solid” doesn’t move at all but soon as it turns on the inside at all especially spinning it’s a wobbly mess!! I’ve had 4-5 ppl come out and each one of them I don’t know are lazy or don’t know what the you know what they are talking about ,but when I say they leave me with me with the up most amazement when they tell me they see nothing wrong with the wobbling and the shaking it does & that they are comfortable with how it moves..I be wanting to cuss them out!! Back when I was growing up,even up to my old washer finally going out after 11 yrs NEVER EVER DID THIS IN THIS BASEMENT..THEYVE TOKD ME ITS MT FREAKIN FLOOR! If that’s the case my other one would have did it..I NEVER HAD TO CALL NOBODY OUT HER EVER TO FIX IT FOR ANYTHING OR FOR A PROBLEM LIKE THIS! So wtf are they talking about and I’m soooooo angry cuz I make payments on this freakin washer ..I’ve even brought feet for it STILL NOT HELPING NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT,I even sent this same one back thinking I had a faulty washer cuz in hind sight I actually do like it but this movement is ridiculous! And they won’t take it back cuz I guess they feel I repurchased it yes I did..I don’t know nothing about this washer I figured the first one had something wrong with it so now they’re forcing me to keep it..that’s not fair if I’m not happy with it and it’s still doing stuff no washer should be doing..especially a brand new one and as nice as this one appears to be!! I’m so unhappy throwing $ away every month on a piece of crap & being forced to see that they feel this is normal..NO ITS NOT NEVER WILL BE!! PERIOD! I’ve never seen nobody’s washer do this unless they had to fix the feet..done that,grout feet & yes to the dumb question I keep getting asked by the ppl that come out here I know how to load it correctly..my MOM TAUGHT ME THAT AS A TEENAGER WHEN SHE FINALLY LET ME DO MY OWN LAUNDRY..LOL ..I load this freaking thing like a pizza..I sprinkle everything around in an even circle and it sSTILL DOES IT! Wish I could have went back to HH GREGG..NEVER HAD A ISSUE..HOMEDEPO BEWARE AT LEAST @the one in Columbus Ohio at Cleveland ave location.
